Your artist website. Your own address.

Manage separate custom-domain requests for your artist website and store in Artanrecords Studio, with clear ownership, hosting and HTTPS steps.

An address that belongs to your identity

Your public artist website and store can have different purposes without needing disconnected administration. Studio Settings brings their domain requests together while keeping the website destination separate from the shop.

Website and Store, clearly separated

Use the Website tab for artist pages, music, gallery and projects. Use the Store tab for the shop destination. Each needs a distinct hostname: yourname.com and shop.yourname.com are examples, not domains provided by Artanrecords. Add additional hostnames as separate requests.

A request is the first step, not the whole connection

First add a domain you control. Next confirm ownership using the exact instructions issued for your request. Then confirm the correct hosting destination and HTTPS readiness. Only a verified, securely configured connection can become active. Saving a request does not change DNS, register a domain or move an existing site.

Keep your existing site working

Keep current DNS records and your existing website or store until the replacement and routing have been tested. Confirm who controls registration, renewals and hosting access. Your domain registrar remains responsible for registration; a Studio account does not buy or renew a domain.

See the real status

Requested, ownership verified and connected are distinct states. Private domain requests are available in Settings; live DNS routing and certificate provisioning still require a verified hosting connection. There is no instant automatic connection or supplied generic IP address. Your artist profile does not need to become a technical settings page.
