Artanrecords Studio is an online artist workspace, not a physical recording studio or an unrestricted music distributor. Manage your artist profile and website design, organise visual projects, and prepare a complete private release for label review from one account.
Monthly prices cover software access. Each plan has its own annual option, shown under Annual. Prices do not change recording revenue shares or store fees. Contact Artanrecords to arrange access; selecting a billing period here does not start a subscription or charge.
Annual billing uses the yearly prices shown, not a monthly rate multiplied by twelve. Compare the two billing options before choosing. Any applicable tax and final amount due must be confirmed before payment. Selecting this tab does not purchase or renew a subscription.
Current tools support account access, profile management and private release and store drafts. Saving a draft does not distribute music or sell a product. This list-price correction does not retroactively charge accounts, remove data or invent advanced features.
Analytics, commerce reporting, exports and team access require their own operational and approved services. A plan name does not mean these tools are live. Product sales, recording income and software subscriptions remain separate commercial systems.
Verified active Silver partnerships include Studio; verified active Gold and Platinum partnerships include Studio Pro. Included access does not change the list price or create a separate subscription charge. A requested or approved tier label alone is not evidence of an active signed agreement.
Subscriptions, invoices, renewals and upgrades are not active. Included access follows its verified entitlement dates. No automatic paid conversion or destructive downgrade occurs. Grace periods, cancellation, retention and continuation policies remain to be approved.

Access through your partnership
Silver includes Studio. Gold and Platinum include Studio Pro for the duration of the qualifying partnership, with no separate software subscription charge.
When your partnership ends, contact Artanrecords to discuss continued access. Your work is not automatically deleted, and no paid subscription starts without your consent. Recording agreements, software subscriptions and store sales have separate terms.
What you can do in Studio today
Build your artist profile with a short biography, portrait, transparent logo and assigned brand colours. Use the page editor to arrange supported sections, edit typography and alignment, manage navigation and footer links, and preview desktop, tablet and mobile layouts. Select music and visual work for your page, and organise Gallery and Projects records.
Prepare single, EP and album drafts with track metadata, credits and artwork. Upload private WAV or FLAC masters and submit a saved release version for label review. Account creation, a saved draft and a submitted release are different steps: none automatically publishes a profile, delivers music to streaming services or creates an agreement.
Keep the presentation and administration of your work connected: your biography, branding, public links, selected releases, visual projects and private release materials belong to one artist workspace rather than disconnected forms. The editor gives you direct control over supported page elements while private drafts let you prepare material before choosing to share it.
For artists working with Artanrecords, the release workspace also provides a structured handoff for human review. The benefit is a coherent artist presence and an organised review process, not a promise of more streams, income or a particular commercial outcome.
Who is it for?
Studio is designed for artists who want to manage their presentation and release preparation together. It may suit a musician organising a catalogue, an artist presenting music alongside photography or projects, or a collaborator preparing a release for label review.
If you only need an immediate self-service distributor, Studio is a different service. A software plan does not purchase label acceptance, unlimited distribution or guaranteed promotion. Choose according to the tools you will actually use, not the tier name alone.
The profile, design, catalogue and private preparation tools described above are available in Studio. Public artist publication requires an approved username and an explicit publication choice. Product and collection records are private drafts, not a live shop.
Standalone subscription checkout, live store checkout, royalty reporting and withdrawals are not active. The internal signing experience is a non-binding preview, not an executed contract. Custom-domain requests do not verify or connect a domain. Advanced plan scope and future services must not be treated as available simply because a price is listed.
Benefits and trade-offs
Benefits: one artist workspace; a visual editor using the same artist-page structure; control over branding, page order and links; music and visual work together; and private audio, artwork and metadata preparation for a considered label review.
Trade-offs: the editor supports defined components rather than arbitrary website code; profile and release publication have approval and consent requirements; catalogue lookup is not a streaming-income report; and live commerce, signing and financial services have separate activation requirements. No paid plan removes those safeguards.
Software plans are not recording partnerships
Studio and Studio Pro describe software access. Silver, Gold and Platinum describe the agreed scope of a recording partnership. A verified active Silver partnership includes Studio; a verified active Gold or Platinum partnership includes Studio Pro, without a separate software subscription charge for that included access.
Signing up for software does not approve a partnership, and a requested tier is not an active signed agreement. Recording income, any approved project expenses, store sales and software charges follow their own terms. The written agreement controls the accepted services.
