Accounts and artist access

Use accurate account information and protect your credentials. Studio uses the same account identity as Artan Store; password changes and shared-identity deletion affect access to both services. Your Studio artist profile is separate from Store purchases. Creating an account is separate from an artist agreement and does not confer artist approval, a release deal or access to another person's records. Payments, payouts and contract signing remain unavailable until separately activated and disclosed.

Your work

Submit only material you are entitled to share. A submission is not an agreement to release or distribute a recording. Distribution, rights, royalty splits and payment obligations require a separate confirmed agreement.

Revenue-share proposals and domain requests

Record contributor information only when you are entitled to provide it and have authority to propose the arrangement. A credit does not create a revenue share; a proposed share does not publish a credit or transfer master ownership, publishing rights, company equity or unrelated income. Acceptance records a response to proposed terms, not an executed contract. Binding obligations and active financial entitlements require a separate legally reviewed execution process.

Domain requests identify your intended website or store destination. Use a domain you control and keep existing DNS records until verified ownership, hosting and HTTPS instructions have been confirmed. Saving a request does not purchase a domain, connect hosting or alter an existing site. Registration, renewals and any separate hosting costs must be agreed independently.

Royalties and payments

Listening statistics are not a royalty statement. Earnings, deductions, currencies, reporting periods and payout eligibility depend on verified reports and the applicable agreement. No payout amount or date is promised by an unconnected workspace. Payment or identity onboarding must use the designated secure provider; do not send bank details through public enquiries.

Contact contact@artanrecords.com for access or service questions. These terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Financial services, charges and payment-provider terms must be disclosed before those features are activated.

Workspace preferences

Appearance and workspace controls personalize this browser and do not alter an artist agreement, royalty calculation or service entitlement. Optional storage follows your cookie choices. Account preference synchronization and custom background rendering are not connected; no service is activated by selecting a prepared control.
