Submission privacy
Your enquiry
Artan Records uses your name, contact details, introduction and submitted links to review your work and respond. Sending an enquiry does not publish a profile or create an offer of representation.
Processing and storage
The form uses Google Apps Script to store submissions in a private Google Sheet and send a notification to our collaboration inbox, hosted by iCloud. Applications are not added to this website's public repository.
Verification
Opening the form loads Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent spam and abuse. It processes browser and interaction information and uses a necessary verification cookie. Verification is required before an enquiry can be accepted.
What to share
Share listening links, not private masters, project files or sensitive documents. Include only work and information you have permission to share.
