How Artanrecords Studio handles account information and your choices.

Your account

Studio and Artan Store use a shared Supabase account identity, including your email, password or Google sign-in and verification status. You can use the same credentials for both services. A password change affects this shared identity; signing out of Studio ends its session without deliberately signing out your other devices or Store sessions. Studio profile information, private profile photographs and billing addresses are stored separately from Store purchase records and are restricted to your account. Creating an account is not artist approval and does not grant access to another artist's work or financial records.

Artist catalogue information and release drafts

Studio stores artist catalogue details and release metadata drafts with access restricted to the account that created them. These may include biographies, streaming and social links, chosen public contact addresses, years active, credits, contributor names, release dates, recording identifiers, stories and lyrics. Account email, phone and billing details are separate and are not exposed by a catalogue visibility choice.

Catalogue fields default to private. You can select information to be public after artist or release approval; saving a choice does not itself publish, distribute or approve a release. Contributor legal-name records and private listening reference links are not included in the public selection. Submit only information and material you have permission to provide. For a correction or withdrawal of information already published, contact the label; editing a private draft does not itself remove an existing public version.

If you sign in with Google, Studio can display the profile-photo URL supplied by Google. Loading that image connects your browser to Google's image service. A separately uploaded private Studio photo takes precedence; a neutral placeholder appears if neither image is available. A profile photo is not automatically an approved public artist portrait.

Artist addresses, applications and public pages

Username requests and partnership applications are stored privately for review by authorized label staff. Requested and approved partnership tiers are kept separately. Office assignments do not by themselves grant staff access. Username and tier decisions, and staff access changes, are recorded with the reviewing staff account and decision time.

A label-approved username does not automatically publish your information or create a contract. After approval you can publish the saved catalogue fields you selected for public sharing, and hide that public page again. Account identifiers, sign-in email, phone, billing details, portrait permission notes and raw release drafts are not part of that public snapshot. Public contact addresses are included only if you entered and selected them for sharing. A copy of an already viewed public page may remain in search engines or third-party caches after you hide it.

Uploaded header images and profile photographs remain in private account storage. They are not automatically copied to a public artist page. A custom domain requires separate ownership verification and setup; a username request does not register or purchase a domain.

Collaboration proposals and domain requests

Revenue Shares stores contributor professional names, invitation email addresses, contribution roles, proposed percentages, scope, effective dates, terms versions, invitation responses and workflow history. The workspace administrator can review their workspace; a participant can review their own delivered terms after an exact verified-email account match, not other contributors' private percentages. Preparing an invitation is not confirmation that email delivery occurred. Public release credits remain separate; these proposal records are not published on an artist page.

Domain settings store requested website or store hostnames and connection status in your private creator records. Saving a request does not change DNS, verify ownership, register a domain or enable HTTPS. Keep credentials, tax identifiers, banking details and identity documents out of contribution, proposal and domain fields.

Terms versions and audit records are retained as immutable workflow history rather than overwritten through the browser. Contact the label using the rights procedure below for access, correction or deletion requests. A proposal response is not a legal signature or payment authorization.

Cookies and similar technologies

Essential browser storage supports security and your consent choices. Optional browser preference memory stores appearance and navigation choices across visits only when permitted. Signed-in Studio appearance settings are also saved privately to your account so they can be restored on another signed-in browser. Browser storage consent and account preferences are separate controls; declining optional browser storage does not delete your saved account settings. Analytics are not connected. See the Cookie Policy for storage categories and controls.

Your choices

For access, correction, deletion or privacy questions, contact contact@artanrecords.com. Identify whether your request concerns your Studio profile or the shared Store and Studio identity. Deleting that shared identity can affect access to both services; requests require review before action. Some records may need to be retained to meet contractual or legal obligations. Studio payments and payouts are not active; no banking or tax information should be submitted through profile or public enquiry fields.
